In 1979 Dave started working for a beekeeper in Merced County when he was 15. He started keeping his own bees within a years time while still working for this man. The years following Dave worked for Commercial Beekeepers learning the trade and accumulating information while growing his own business. He always asked questions and is open to new methods due to the constant changes in the beekeeping business.

Family Business
- We participate as a vendor at the Sonora Certified Farmers Market from May to October every year.
- We are members of the Farms Of Tuolumne County where Kendra is currently a board member.
- We are members of the Farm Bureau.
- We go to Schools in Tuolumne County and teach the kids about the Honey Bees, why they are important and where honey comes from.
